Moltkeblick Gateway Park CC propose to develop tourism and retail activities on farm Klein Windhoek no. 70, which, will include a wide selection of recreational amenities and services for locals and tourists; it will be located south of the new highway, west of the Finkenstein residential estate.
Environmental Compliance Consultancy (ECC) has been engaged by the proponent (Moltkeblick Gateway Park) to act on their behalf for the environmental clearance certificate application for the proposed development of tourism & retail activities on farm Klein Windhoek no. 70 in Windhoek, Khomas Region, Namibia. In terms of Section 32 (1) of the Environmental Management Act, No. 7 of 2007, ECC has determined that the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism is the competent authority for the proposed project.
