Development of a filling station and retail activities on Farm Klein Windhoek no. 70 in Windhoek

Moltkeblick Gateway Park CC intends to develop a filling station and retail activities on farm Klein Windhoek no. 70, which, will be located south of the new highway, west of the Finkenstein manor. The proposed development for a filling station and associated retail activities will include vehicle rental space, a farm stall, washing bay and bicycle club.

ECC’s Role

Environmental Compliance Consultancy (ECC) has been engaged by the proponent (Moltkeblick Gateway Park) to act on their behalf for the environmental clearance certificate application for the proposed development of a filling station and retail activities on Farm Klein Windhoek no. 70 in Windhoek, Khomas Region, Namibia. In terms of Section 32 (1) of the Environmental Management Act, No. 7 of 2007, ECC has determined that the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism, Ministry of Mines and Energy and Ministry of Works and Transport are the competent authorities for the proposed project.
