As a holder of a BSc in Conservation Ecology from the University of Stellenbosch, Diaan’s background is in biodiversity and ecology, GIS and environmental principles. He is passionate about environmental conservation, with specific interests in the sustainable use of natural resources and the conservation of endangered species.
