Registration received

Thank you for registering as an interested and affected party.

Your details have been added to the registered party database for this project. Registration is free and remains open for the duration of the assessment.

What happens next

You will be notified by email each time a document is released for public comment. This includes the background information document, the draft scoping report or environmental impact assessment report, and the draft environmental management plan. Every notice states where the document can be downloaded, the date comment opens and the date it closes.

You will also be told the date, time and venue of any public meeting for the project, and of any focus group meeting relevant to your interest.

All comments received are recorded in the comments and responses report submitted to the Environmental Commissioner with the final assessment report. Your comment is recorded whether or not it is accepted.

How to comment

Send your comment by email, WhatsApp, post or phone. Say which project it is about.

If you would rather not write, phone the number in the notice. We will take your comment down, read it back to you, and send you a copy once it is on record.

Your information

Your details are used only for public participation on this project. They form part of the assessment record submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism and may appear in the register of interested and affected parties attached to the report. We do not share your details for any other purpose. To correct your details or be removed from the register, email info@eccenvironmental.com.
